A flat $585 per closed transaction, paid at closing. That is the only thing you pay the brokerage. E&O insurance is included. No monthly fees, no desk fees, no splits, no franchise fees, and no required training. You carry your own MLS dues, which is your membership cost, not a brokerage fee.

Do I keep my whole commission?

Yes. You keep 100% of your commission minus the flat $585 per closed deal, which comes out at closing. Nothing up front, nothing monthly.

Which agents is the brokerage built for?

Experienced, actively producing agents who run their own business and work independently. It is not built for brand‑new licensees who need training, leads, or a team.

Which states does the brokerage cover?

Jeff O’Brien is a licensed real estate broker in California, Nevada, Idaho, Florida, and North Carolina, with Orange County, California as home base. Each state has its own license, MLS, and Association of Realtors region, and you keep your local MLS membership.
